You will be allocated to a Service Desk Operation and your main task will be the 1st line technical support, troubleshooting and handling of incidents by phone and chat.
Additionally, you will handle client support for IT material and software requests.
- Secondary degree;
- Fluent in German (spoken and written – mandatory);
- Fluent in English (B2/C1 Level);
- Experience in technical support or similar functions (at least one year);
- Customer Orientation
